Vanessa Reiser

Vanessa Reiser is a Social Work Intern at the SISGI Group. She attends The University of Southern California - Los Angeles, CA. working toward her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Community Organization, Planning and Administration and is expected to complete this year. She has practiced therapy with a simulated client in the Virtual Academic Center, strengthened her clinical case management skills, and dealt with client risk assessment. She has also become skilled in evidence-based interventions as well as ethical decision making. Vanessa’s passions include union membership and organization, labor history, social capitol inequality and America’s problematic governmental structure (Affluent special interests have too much power in our political system and the public has too little).
